LaVaughn is CEO at c21DownTown. LaVaughn joined c21DownTown at launch in 2001 – helping to scale the organization in the United States and internationally. Waterford also served as c21DownTown interim CEO and he has been a member of the company’s senior leadership team since its founding. Waterford Prior to joining the c21DownTown team, LaVaughn spent an extensive part of his career working globally in the entertainment industry, where he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations. Waterford also held numerous senior executive positions, where his portfolio included U.S. labels. LaVaughn began his career in 1991 as an analyst at IntelPacific. He holds degrees in Business, and Engineering.
